At approximately 4:00 AM CT, during the SAT1 migration to Rackspace's ORD data center, Rackspace Cloud engineers identified an issue with our storage devices which may potentially affect IIS customers. We have currently escalated this to our vendors in order to determine a quick solution. During this time, customers using IIS may experience intermittent latency or complete unavailability. We will be updating this post with more information as we get it. If you are not using IIS and are experiencing issues, please contact our support team, as we would be more than happy to troubleshoot your issue.

Rackspace engineers are continuing to work on the issues that are causing availability issues for .NET / ASP sites. At this time, we are continuing to work closely with our vendor to address the root cause of this issue and restore normal service. These issues are the result of connectivity issues we are having to our backend storage system, which is limited to Windows-based web sites. Our team is fully engaged on this issue and is working to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

[Update @ 7:30 PM CT] Our Rackspace Engineers and storage vendors have isolated the current availability issues for .NET/ASP sites. At this time our Engineers believe a resolution to be in place and will continue to monitor for the next hour before closing out this particular issue.
