At approximately 09:30 UTC May 30th, Rackspace Cloud Engineers identified an issue with Server Builds in our LON3 Data Center in the UK. Our Engineers are diligently working on the issue and we will update this status post when we have more information.
Update 5AM CDT: At present it appears that the build failures are related to Cloud Files service degradation in the UK. We will continue to provide updates as we obtain them.
Update: 6AM CDT: The build issues in UK based Cloud accounts have cleared, new builds should be functioning as expected.
